The Project Manager, Global Logistics is responsible for leading and coordinating cross functional global logistics initiatives to improve distribution effectiveness, service levels, and customer experience. The role drives execution rigor across global stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver measurable improvements to logistics processes for business leaders and customers. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Distribution Logistics and is part of the Global Distribution Logistics team, located in Chicago area, Illinois and will be an onsite role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Lead global logistics process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation, partnering with regional and functional stakeholders.
- Drive execution rigor across global teams and external logistics vendors through clear milestones, disciplined followup, and timely escalation to ensure commitments are met.
- Coordinate internal working teams and external logistics partners to standardize logistics and distribution processes across regions and sites.
- Partner with logistics and business leaders to identify improvement opportunities, define success measures, and track progress against outcomes.
- Prepare concise project updates, dashboards, and recommendations for senior operations and supply chain leadership.
The essential requirements of the job include: - Bachelors degree in operations, engineering, business, or a related discipline with 5+ years of experience in logistics.
- Multiple years of project management experience supporting logistics, supply chain, or operations environments.
- Experience leading structured process improvement initiatives within logistics, distribution, or supply chain functions.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating work across global, cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Experience within medical devices, diagnostics, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement systems such as DBS or equivalent frameworks.
Travel expectations: - Ability to travel 25% including international

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. The annual salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This job is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
