The Manager, Banking & Cash Mgmt plays a critical role in supporting business continuity, optimizing working capital, and enabling strategic growth for DePuy Synthes through disciplined treasury execution and regional partnership. </div><div>Key Responsibilities </div><div><ul><li>Lead regional banking and cash management operations , ensuring timely access to liquidity and efficient cash utilization. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning, partnering with regional and global finance teams to support business needs. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manage bank relationships, including account structures, services, pricing reviews, and ongoing performance management. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, SOX controls, and applicable regional banking and regulatory requirements. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support working capital optimization initiatives, including cash concentration, intercompany funding, and payment strategy improvements. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner cross‑functionally with Tax, Accounting, FP&A, and regional Finance leaders to support intercompany settlements, dividends, and funding strategies. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across treasury operations, leveraging systems, automation, and best practices. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide leadership, guidance, and development to team members and regional stakeholders involved in banking and cash management activities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead a team of 1-2 Analysts </li></ul></div><div>Qualifications </div><div>Education </div><div><ul><li>Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree in Finance or Business. </li></ul></div></div><div><div>Experience and Skills </div><div>Required: </div><div><ul><li>6-8 years of progressive experience in treasury, banking, cash management, or corporate finance, with exposure to international operations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated experience managing regional or global banking structures and cash management activities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong knowledge of liquidity management, cash forecasting, and treasury controls. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience working with financial institutions and negotiating banking services and fees. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to partner effectively across functions and regions in a complex, matrixed organization. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Treasury Technology solutions are a must, particularly Kyriba </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. </li></ul></div><div>Preferred: </div><div><ul><li>Experience supporting different markets in a multinational environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with with enterprise financial systems and how it interfaces with Kyriba </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Prior experience in a regulated or highly compliant environment, such as healthcare or life sciences. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>People leadership or matrix leadership experience. </li></ul></div><div>Other </div><div><ul><li>Language: English required; additional European or APAC languages preferred. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Travel: Up to ~15% international travel. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Certifications: Treasury or finance certifications (e.g., CTP) preferred but not required. </li></ul></div><div>For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit <a href="http://www.careers.jnj.com/" target="_blank">www.careers.jnj.com</a>. <div>Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
