This role partners closely with Treasury, Finance, and regional business leaders to ensure effective cash positioning, strong banking relationships, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations. The position plays a key role in supporting business continuity, optimizing working capital, and enabling strategic financial decision‑making across DePuy Synthes . </div><div>Key Responsibilities </div><div><ul><li>Lead and manage banking and cash management activities across the Americas region, ensuring efficient daily cash positioning and liquidity oversight. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for regional and global banking partners, managing relationships, account structures, and service performance. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Oversee cash forecasting processes and partner with regional finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and visibility. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support working capital optimization initiatives, including cash concentration, pooling, and intercompany funding activities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements related to banking and cash management. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and FP&A teams on strategic initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manage, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support projects related to mergers, divestitures, and business transformations impacting banking or cash operations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead a team of 1-2 Analysts </li></ul></div><div>Qualifications </div><div>Education: </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required). </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline (preferred). </li></ul></div><div>Experience and Skills: </div><div>Required: </div><div><ul><li>6–8 years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, banking operations, or corporate finance. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated experience managing banking relationships and cash management structures in a complex organization. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong understanding of liquidity management, cash forecasting, payments landscape and internal controls. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Treasury Technology solutions are a must, particularly Kyriba </li></ul></div><div>Preferred: </div><div><ul><li>Experience supporting Americas or international banking and cash operations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) and with enterprise financial systems and how it interfaces with Kyriba. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, or healthcare environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Exposure to finance transformation, system implementations, or process standardization initiatives. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Professional certification such as CTP, CPA, or CMA. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to partner effectively with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders. </li></ul></div><div>Other: </div><div><ul><li>Languages: English (required); </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Travel: Up to 10–15%, primarily within the Americas. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Certifications: CTP, CPA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred). </li></ul></div></div><div>For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit <a href="http://www.careers.jnj.com/" target="_blank">www.careers.jnj.com</a>. </div><div> </div><div> Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
