Job Overview </div><div>The Manager, Global Process Leader plays a critical role in supporting global procurement process ownership and the systems, tools, and digital capabilities that enable scalable, compliant, and insight‑driven procurement operations across DePuy Synthes. </div><div>This role partners closely with Global Process Owners, Procurement leaders, IT, and other enabling functions to execute process improvements, optimize procurement systems, and support global adoption of standardized procurement processes and platforms.
