<p><span style="color: #000000;">We are seeking a Delivery Engineer, Modern Networks (Network, Security) to join our team to support our client base in the <strong>Indianapolis</strong> area. This is a highly consultative role involving the planning, design, and implementation of complex network and security engagements. You will serve as a technical lead on small to large-scale projects, effectively managing the implementation process from low-level design to customer acceptance.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Work Environment & Travel:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Home Base:</strong> This position is primarily Work From Home (WFH)</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Onsite Requirement:</strong> Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite at customer locations within the <strong>Indianapolis metro area</strong>.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Frequency:</strong> Onsite presence fluctuates based on project phases; while much of the work is remote, <strong>periods of up to 100% onsite attendance</strong> may be required during critical deployment or assessment phases</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Engineering & Design:</strong> Perform project-based engineering, including low-level detailed design, staging, installation, validation, testing, and troubleshooting of data/security networks.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Project Leadership:</strong> Lead complex, large-scale Network and Security projects, ensuring designs align with business strategy, customer budget, and operational capabilities.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Assessments:</strong> Conduct network discoveries and perform Network and Security Assessments.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Client Facing:</strong> Present documentation and engagement deliverables directly to customers.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate as part of a multi-functional team with Sales, Pre-Sales, Project Management, and other delivery/engineering resources.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Troubleshooting:</strong> Resolve complex issues and assist team members in solving problems with their deployments.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Mentorship:</strong> Work with junior members of the engineering team to successfully implement secure network solutions.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Maintenance:</strong> Execute network maintenance MOPs (Method of Procedure) both onsite and remotely with minimal downtime.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Required Skills and Professional Experience:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>8+ years</strong> of related project implementation experience (Senior Level).</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Solid verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Core Networking & Protocols:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Experienced expert with complex multi-protocol routing and switching solutions.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Strong level in routing and switching troubleshooting.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Core Routing and Switching platforms with a focus on design, configuration, and troubleshooting using <strong>Cisco Best Practices</strong>.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Network design and applications, including designing IP addressing.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Deep knowledge of <strong>OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP</strong>, including redistribution of protocols and loop prevention.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Mastery of the <strong>TCP/IP protocol stack</strong>, TCP/IP headers and packets, the OSI model, and commonly used TCP/UDP ports and associated services.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Security & Hardening:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with <strong>various security parameters</strong> and hardening access to devices.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Experienced in implementing <strong>Palo Alto Networks Product Portfolio</strong>:</span>

<li><span style="color: #000000;">Prisma Access</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Prisma Cloud</span></li>

<li><span style="color: #000000;">Experienced in implementing <strong>Cisco Security Product Portfolio</strong>:</span>

<li><span style="color: #000000;">Meraki MX (Configuration, tuning, troubleshooting)</span></li>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Cloud & Modern Networking:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Cloud Networking Experience:</strong> AWS, Azure, and GCP in a networking context.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Experienced deploying at least one <strong>SDWAN Solution</strong> (Viptela, Silverpeak, or Palo Prisma SDWAN).</span></li>
</ul>

<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Aviatrix:</strong> Experience with Aviatrix cloud networking.</span></li>

<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Aruba Product Suite:</strong> Experience with Aruba CX and Aruba OS software, VSX and VSF technologies, and High Availability configurations.</span></li>
