ThePrincipal Data& AnalyticsArchitectis responsiblefordesigning and improving Danahers data management& analytics function. The primaryobjectiveof this role is tobuild data assetsusing data & analytics strategies that align with business prioritiesand drive measurable business outcomes.

This positionreports to theSr. Director Data Engineeringandis part of theCore Technology &Planningand will beUSA remote (Preferred candidate on EST or willing to work EST time zone)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Architect solutions for Data ingestion, transformation & orchestration, data storage, and analytics,reporting,and ML/AI consumptionfor Danaher wide data models.

• Buildtrusted,scalable, secure,compliant,andreusable data products in Snowflake that support AI/ML models, executive dashboards, and cross-OpCoanalytics.

• Establish data engineering standards, bestpractices,and reference architectures.

• Enable self-service access through semantic layers, catalogues, and APIs, empowering data scientists, analysts, and business teams to consume data without deep pipeline knowledge.

• Drive continuous improvement by implementing automated data quality checks, scaling ingestion/onboarding for M&A integrations, andmaintaininguptime, optimization, and IT General Controls.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum 15years ofprogressive experience creating enterprise IT architecture and ecosystems in a conglomerate operating structure with a minimum of 10 years of Data & Analytics experience.

• Deepexpertisewithmodern datatechnologies(Snowflake,BigQuery,Databrikcs,Azure Fabric/Synapse,Airflow,Spark,etc.)

• Hands-on experience with clouddataecosystems(AWS, Azure)designing high-volume, high-availability data pipelines.

• Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELTpatterns,and orchestration frameworks.

• Effective communicationskills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel to Washington DC and global Danaher sites, up to 10%

It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in:

• Cloud data architecture certifications.

• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks

Theannualsalary range for this role is$155K-$165K.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future.
