Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.</em></p><p><strong>Job Overview: </strong></p><p>As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels, including phone and email. In this role, you will partner closely with our offshore support team to ensure consistent, high-quality customer care and effective case management.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and working knowledge of pools, pool chemicals, and related products.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies via phone and email.</li><li>Assist customers with order placement, order tracking, and issue resolution.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy, working toward positive outcomes.</li><li>Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback in CRM systems.</li><li>Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better support customers.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.</li><li>Previous customer service experience required; pool industry or pool product knowledge preferred.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy.</li><li>Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business applications.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and adjusted hours as business needs require.</li></ul><p><strong>Leslie’s recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people. </strong> Leslie’s is proud to have a culture of inclusion that seeks to celebrate and embrace the different backgrounds and perspectives that help drive our success and support team members in developing and growing with us.
